First time going and loved it. I loved Yanelis! She’s very careful, good communicating with, and overall loved the service. I would definitely come back. Really recommend.

Been a client for over a year now, had an emergency and called to reschedule about an hour prior the appointment. Their answer was: "We can reschedule but you will be charged twice. You can read the cancellation policy in the sms you received (still waiting for that sms to be received though!)". Although I didn't go, they still charged me; most importantly, and because of their tremendous lack of customer service, they've lost another loyal customer.

I have done my nails a few times in the salon and I like it. The staff is friendly and nice. In general they are very meticulous with their job. I like how they remove the gel without the aluminum foil, using a special fast product for removing gel. They have good variety in colors. They are dedicated exclusively for nails. There is always parking in the front. It’s cozy.
