By far the worst service I have ever gotten. I booked the apt online provided my credit card information and security deposit. I received confirmation texts and emails saying see you soon! Only to arrive at my scheduled apt time to a closed salon with no one to provide a service. I had to call them to even get an explanation as to what was going on. Keep in mind I received a confirmation text for my 2! Apts the day prior. All they could offer was a free service next week. Why on earth would I want a free service with someone that can’t even keep a current apt. What a disappointment to say the least.
Booked an appointment with Jose. I absolutely loved him. He was very nice and is great at what he does. He knew exactly what I wanted. I had so many questions about my hair color and he was honest with his recommendations. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything. You can tell he wants his clients to be happy and loves his job. I love my hair! Thank you Jose xoxo
