From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the service was fantastic! Fernanda is amazing and definitely made my experience 5 star worthy! I will definitely be coming back :)
I was very disappointed!!! I had my appointment booked with Michele for 9:10am today and when I arrived she was busy with another customer. Michele started my full highlights and haircut 1 hour later than scheduled. She was working on my hair AND the other customer at the same time which resulted in finishing much much later than expected, despite the fact I mentioned I needed to pick up my daughter from school at 2pm, 5 hours after my agreed appointment!! To compound this nightmare during the appointment she accidentally dropped the brush with bleach on my clothes without apologizing ( I now have a bleached jumpsuit)! At 1:50pm, although still not complete, I had no choice but to leave the salon to pick up my daughter from school. I then had no other option but to return for Michele to finish the job. I was still charged the full price despite the completely unacceptable service and all day session with no respect for the customers time????????????. In all this nightmare took more tha
