Triple A Dominican Hair & Spa Clearwater (Dominican Salon)

If I could give zero stars I would. I Set an appointment and still didn’t get put into a chair until 3 hrs later which should have been my sign to leave but I still stayed because it was my first time. Barbie messed up my hair it is fried and didnt even go back to my regular curl pattern I was natural for over 4 years and now I have to cut my hair off to start over. I hate the shop & the people in it they were talking about me while I was there but I guess because they speak Dominican they THOUGHT people couldnt understand them but I DID. I Do not recommend this place full of classless woman with no respect for others.

This was my first time coming to this salon and it was a nice experience in the very beginning. Kireny did a wash, deep conditioner and blow dry for me. Once, she flat ironed my hair, it turned into a nightmare. Kireny burned my scalp repeatedly and I kept saying “OWWW”! All she did was say sorry and she kept burning me again. As you see in the picture, I now have a bald spot on the top of my hair (underneath where it is parted)! Kireny should go back to beauty school for more training. Also, she barely spoke to me. I have tried starting conversations with her and she seemed like she barely wanted to talk. Me being the nice person that I am, tipped anyways. But I really shouldn’t have. When I went home, I put castor oil in my scalp to heal the soreness of my burns. I don’t think I will be coming back to this salon again. Service: Hairstyling
