I LOVE this salon! It is like family! Marissa and Frank are the best! They take such good care of me and my girls. Marissa is the queen of color and Frank is the go to for short hair in Cape Coral!!

I made an appointment for the first time at this salon, the system was down and they were not able to make the appointment. I called again the same day, their system was still down but they were nice and got my information. Few hours later they called me to confirmed the appointment. Today, I go to my appointment and the lady at the front said she has been calling me and texting me not to come because she didn't think the hairstyles was a good match for me? I really don't understand?? This is so unprofessional. My advise will be to call before the appointment even if it has been confirmed just to double check the hairstyles is a good match for you. Unbelievable! FYI..My time is valuable too! Thank you for replying to my review but don't you think that if I had received your message I would not have gone? I took the afternoon off work because I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. BTW my appointment was confirmed when I received a call on Tuesday saying my appointment was booked for Fri
