Let me start by saying that I’ve been going to focus for a long time. Nicky and Peter always do nice work. A problem i had was with one of the technicians, who was so aggressive filing my nails she made me bleed. Not once, but on three separate fingers. One of my biggest pet peeves about nail salons is they make you feel bad when you speak up. For instance, if the shape of one of my nails was crooked, I was told it’s just the shape of my hand. This is unprofessional to say the least. I had booked a pedicure the same day but asked to for a polish change instead when I saw I was running out of time. She didn’t listen to me and instead still gave me a “pedicure” that lasted for 10-15 minutes tops and rushed the entire process but still expected me to pay full price. She became irritated with me when I asked to be charged correctly. It was 97$ without tip and the experience was not worth it. Long story short, don't get service from anyone other than the owners, unless you wanna be in pain
