Thank you to the fabulous staff for always exceeding my expectations! This is the only place I go for my nails, because Lena and Nicky do an extraordinary job on my nails. My nails last for almost three weeks, even after doing a lot of activities that require using my hands! They are kind, professional, and go at a timely manner, as to respect your time. I highly recommend Victoria Nail Salon!

I asked for tapered square, the salon made my nails very thick and let me leave the salon with polish still on my fingers. Some nails were even missing polish. The lady was nice who did them but it wasn’t what I asked for. I asked for them to reshape it but I didn’t want to wait anymore, so I asked for them to just cut off the tips and for half of my money back, the owner began to raise her voice at me and tell me that she does not do refunds, there is no policy is in the store that says that on writing, owner said it is her policy and she doesn’t do refund because she used time and product for the nails. Explained to her that I understand that so I only want half of the money back, not the full amount because I understand she has products that she used. Owner said if I can give back the time and product that her employee did, she’ll give me a full refund back. Told owner that all I want is for it to be cut off and half of the money back and she said she doesn’t do refund and she’ll h
