I was referred to Troy by a friend, who was also referred to him - and boy was she right? It is difficult to find a "hair artist" these days but Troy is truly talented. I went from highlights and red/browns to rich deep chocolate hair that we cut much shorter. He took the time to get to know me first (even after I barrelled into his salon suite and started barking information). He stopped and re-directed me.
