came here and received the absolute worst manicure of my life. the woman helping me refused to soak off my nails in a bowl and instead had me waiting with foil on each nail and told me it would take 30 minutes. she plays on her phone in front of me for half the time ad i awkwardly just sit there and wait and the other half she disappears to the bathroom for a long while just leaving me there when my nails could be soaking in a bowl to speed the process. when she finally starts to do my nails she uses the drill at the highest speed, cutting my cuticle and burning my nail bed. instead of lowering the speed and continuing, she keeps the same speed and just decides to put pressure on my nail with her wrist every time it burns me. half way through the appointment i ask her to just do a gel polish because i didn’t have the time to wait and she was doing a terrible job to begin with that i didn’t even want to see how the dip that i originally wanted was gonna turn out. she begins to use a cut

This is my all time favorite place to go when I need to have my nails done or waxing! I have been faithful to VeeVee for eyebrows for 7 plus years. I do not go to anyone else, while her waxing day is Saturday I will work around her schedule as much as I can or I will wait. Her work is impeccable. When not waxing she is at the front desk with a great smile and attitude. If I call with last minute appointment she does what she can to accommodate me. I have not and will not go any other place and recommend it to all my friends and clients alike. Janett did my pedicure today and paid particular attention to detail and continually asked if I like the paint job so that it was done just right. Five stars all day! Services: Pedicure, Waxing
