Came back to Tricho and had a wonderful experience again! Amanda did an amazing job with leaving my hair super rinsed and felt super relaxed! And Al did a fabulous job with my haircut and blow dry! I got exactly the look I asked for couldn't be happier! Thank you all so kind! Ben and Al are truly the best!!!! ????

This is the THIRD time I've gone to this hair salon asking for BLONDE hair. Each time my stylist has looked at my reference photo and said "okay I can do that" and at the end of the session my hair looks the SAME as when I came in and she says "well, it will take another session to get the color you want" I'm not sure if they are using the weakest bleach developer or what but it seems they are doing the bare minimum bleaching so you come back and spend another $300 to go lighter. I showed my stylist the reference photo and she said "okay let's do this" and when she dried my hair it looked like she had done highlights to half of my hair. She "toned" for an extra $40 and as you can see in the photo it is YELLOW. It looks like early 2000's stripey highlights you see in teenage rom coms. I communicated to my stylist this was not what I wanted and she literally said "well, I don't have time to fix it" and walked away! Where do I begin? I saw this salon at the mall walked in at 11 am and asked if they had availability for highlights (Keep in mind the salon was empty, one customer inside). The girl at the desk was on her phone and took her a minute to acknowledge me and said no we don’t come back at 2:30 pm. I came back at 2:15 pm. The lady at the front (I was told the owner by staff) asked how she could help. I said I have an appt at 2:30 pm. She said have a sit well be with you. She wasn’t friendly but wasn’t mean either. I just didn’t get the warm and fuzzies. I sat there for 20 mins not really being acknowledged. Another customer shows up and the owner was so friendly, offered the client a drink. Completely different experience. She comes over and says what’s your name again? I said it. She goes ok. Finally a nice young guy named Eric came over and said he would be my stylist. He was so friendly and welcoming. He did a consult and said he would be able to do my hair as I wanted. I expl
