Lily is a top top stylist. You tell her what you want (even if you are not that sure of what you are looking for), she gets what you are trying to accomplish, gives you options and figures the best plan that works for you. I have not dyed my hair in over 15 years. So imagine how afraid I was to pick the wrong thing. She, however, took the time to review all the different colors and best choices and the final product was just beyond what I was expecting. I am soooo happy I chose hair to do my hair. When I went to work on Monday EVERYONE was complementing my hair and how beautiful it looks. Thank you Lily!

Attention to detail service, polite service, loved the way my hair turned out, you can tell Lily loves what she does! For reference, I let her do what she thought was best and it was a balayage with a trim.
