Hair Cuttery

This was my first time being at this store in Apopka. I have tried two other Hair Cutterys. The last one in Tangerine was the woman would not listen to me, she cut my hair layered and never asked me! I got here and found Brenda. She's extremely professional and very helpful and personable. I will see Brenda again. And highly recommend her at this store. Thank's Brenda your a doll... Have been several times and even brought family to get their hair done. Great service, good prices and they were ready and available to take me right away as a walk in. I got 6 inches cut off and my eye brows done. They did a great job and I will go back.

I really feel very upset. I went to get a somewhat modern color change and I told the specialist that I wanted to lighten my hair. She recommended that I use highlights or a balaye and she showed me a photo of a nice light blonde in balaye and she told me If I liked it, I said yes and he started doing it.
