I had a virtual visit with Crystal and she is just as nice via her virtual visit as I see her on her YouTube channel, she was prompt to the appt I did not have to wait in fact I was two minutes late signing in. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what my hair needs, as I’m sure would be even better if I was sitting in front of her. All in all I enjoyed my virtual appointment with Crystal and hope to be able to visit her salon in person as I can see she really cares about her clients hair health.
