Have been going consistently for two years, Half the staff is wonderful, and the other half is grumpy. I always book my appointments through the app. Woke up with a fever this morning tried to call for TWO hours, 20 minutes before my time, they finally answer I let her know that I am sick and have been trying to call- (the app will not let you reschedule) again I was not canceling, I was rescheduling due to a FEVER. The woman told me my “timing was a little ridiculous and I will be charged the cancellation fee”…. I am NEVER going here again. Half the massage chairs don’t work either btw. Love this salon. Susan is extremely detail oriented and gives absolutely perfect gel and powder manicures. Great, calm atmosphere and excellent service all around.
Never had a bad experience here! Everyone’s so nice and they do an excellent job. Just be aware that sometimes appointments go longer than listed, but only because they’re so meticulous.
