New Trend Hair Salon

Went in to get my hair dyed purple last Friday. Was reallly patchy. Had 5 different shade of purple in my hair, and I wasn’t really happy about it but I said I would deal. A week later washed it twice it’s all most fully faded out ! $180 down the drain for hair color that lasted a week. Do not reccomend if you want hair color done they don’t know what there doing.

I went into New Trend to get my hair cut. I have curly hair so I made sure I mentioned that when I got my hair cut. I had COLLEEN who claimed that she has been in the business 50 years and has experience with curly hair so I have hopeful. I told her when my curly hair was dry, I wanted it cut to my collarbone. She cut it above my shoulders. I left the salon 2 hours ago and and have been crying ever since. I will never be going back to New Trend and it's ridiculous that I paid $38 for this awful cut.

This is the second time I have brought my children here. One was a teenager and the other is pre tween. They literally botched their hair both times. I really wish I could post a picture.. They are not as skilled as others made me believe. Very disappointed, will not be returning. Service: Kids' cuts
