I’ve been contemplating this for a bit, but two weeks has passed so I feel it’s appropriate. I want to preface this to say I’ve been coming here for years. It’s been a long time since my last visit because I’ve been in Virginia for the last 5 years for military service. I’ve never had an issue until recently. I went in to get a balayage. That’s it. Nothing extreme, or crazy. My stylist was Lindsay, and I immediately felt like she didn’t want to do my hair when she started. She didn’t engage with me at all (not that I really care that much, I’m an introverted person myself), but I could feel like she didn’t want to be there. She was so rough and felt like she was trying to just get through it. I have always colored my hair during winter and usually always get a balayage in spring, I’ve done this forever now and never had an issue. But this time, I truly don’t know what happened.
