El Pueblo Dominican Hair Salon

This salon is a joke I called before I came and asked are they busy can me and my daughter come get wash & set they say no they not busy we get there and basically sign in no one say anything that basically they have no one washing hair so I’m just sitting and sitting finally I asked the girl Maria like what is going on nobody communicating saying nothing so basically what is going on someone else had to tell me they have no hair washer and that they taking people back as they are ready to start your hair and wash you and than style like wow a whole hour and a half sitting here and the ladies in this salon couldn’t communicate nothing this is ridiculous. Leaving going to another hair salon.

I just had to wash my daughters hair at the salon. I came to this salon to treat my baby to getting her hair done. They did Not Wash her hair correctly. it had dirty spots all over her hair. Then I said something about how dirty she left her hair and then she started talking down on my child. Saying her hair was to nappy and she didn't want to do it. So I recorded the whole experience. Update: I was present about 2 weeks ago. I found two spots in my hair where my hair was burnt off. And no one ever said anything I know it was from here because I haven’t had anything done to my hair since. And when I went last time I got clip in tracks added in. They charged me 2x I’m done. the quality of my hair once straightened is amazing, and I get the same results with just about any stylist. However, lack of professionalism, such as an opening time of 830 (which tends to always change) and it’s currently 836 and no one has opened up the shop (mind you it’s below 30 on a winter day), long wait times (with potential to get over looked), they don’t accept cards, etc. do better please. I want to keep coming but each time it’s a different experience, more often times then not, unpleasant.
