New Boundaries Hair Care Salon

I came as a new customer, Jennifer never showed up to our appointment i set a week in advance. When i called to ask where she was she gave me an attitude and said she didn't care if i waited or not and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and stated we must've of been disconnected she made it clear we weren't and hung up on me again. I was furious as i made this appointment a week ahead of time which wasted my time and left me without the service i needed. Horrible customer service and she obviously doesn't genuinely care about the customer of the business. Spend your hard earned money somewhere more deserving. UPDATE!! 2/25/20 Your comment to my review is completely fabricated and false I’ve never heard of your business beforehand so how could I have cancelled an appt a month prior. Wow the lengths you went to to defend my honest and true review. I hope you have learned a lesson in this and are treating your business with respect now.

Great styling, intricate designs, and prompt friendly service. With more than reasonable prices. Love this shop!! Bring a pic, or freestyle...they have it all and do it all!!!

A little disappointed in this business. My mother has had her hair done here a couple of times. She travels down from New York because they are the only place she can find and trust to do her hair the way she likes. We have both left multiple messages over the last 6 months to make an appointment. Neither one of us has had any luck with a call back to even say we are closed or no longer open or whatever the case may be. It sucks because she loved the service but we have taken our business elsewhere. Please try to contact your clients back to at least let them know you've received the call. This is poor customer service.
