Melissa is AMAZING!! I’ve been with her for about 5 years. It’s hard to find a nail tech that cares about your nail health more than just giving you what you want. She’s always been very professional and provide outstanding service. She will go above and beyond when you just request the basic. She has a heart of gold and she cares for her clients. She never ceases to amaze me with her free hand designs and when you want something duplicated be prepared to get what you asked for!!! Was lucky to get a last minute opening with Melissa! She was so down to earth and did exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere in the shop was very comfortable. I love, love, love TheWorks Nail Studio! I’ve been going to the shop since they opened in February. The service is always amazing and great conversations! The nail salon offer beverages and light snacks. My nail tech is awesome with being gentle and providing me with the best service. My favorite part of the service is the cuticle care it’s apart of the service most shops don’t offer it or it’s an additional cost. Super friendly shop, definitely an experience you want to receive!
