Lana Nails

Over all it was a good experience. Went in got a manicure then walked out, nothing too exciting. It's a very small place that gets pretty busy. Quality was good. FYI: They really try to upsell

They are a little pricey, but they do damn good work! Never have to wait long and my nails always come out looking great. I am always going to this place to do my nails, I always choose Kathy to do my nails however Kathy wasn’t there, and I chose another person to assist me and they were sitting there talking in there language and refusing to offer me service. They don’t not treat customers with any form of respect and dignity when we are the ones paying them. All they want is our money sitting there waiting on our tips. These people are not good. Discriminating others when they should be professional. They don’t deserve a star. Treat your customers with respect. I fell disrespected and insulted by your staff number 6. You all must stop talking about customer in your language.
