My wife and I were walk in but she was waited on right away because the eight online appointments hadn't arrived yet five of them came in and I kept being pushed to the bottom of the list as more online appointments came in I feel that I should have been worked in between that list being as I am a paying customer as are online appointments but it seems like Walk in appointments are low priority my wife loves the job they do on her hair and I like what they've done to my hair in the past but I'm disappointed with the poor customer service for walk in appointments and I won't be back and I plan on spreading the word walk in appointments should be given some consideration you could have had an extra sale today and who knows how many were lost in the past and I'm sure in the future if walk in appointments aren't given some consideration in the future I never was able to get my hair cut ???? Would not come back. Honestly the worst haircut experience of my life. I walk in and ask for a low drop fade walk out with near a high and tight due to a hairdressers error. The only thing that made the experience bearable was the managers ability to step in and make the cut at least presentable despite me not getting the haircut I wanted. Whoever you are, I appreciate your professionalism and for stepping in and saving my head.
