I will never go here or the Camden location again. The service you recieve is entirely dependent on the stylist you get. I’ve had nice ones who make sure you’re happy with your hair, and others who rush through and seem like *they* know how your hair should be whether you like it or not. I went to the Camden location a few months ago, left with the bottom of my hair jagged and uneven. I went the same day to get it fixed at another salon and the stylist agreed - it was a poor job. Then, yesterday, I went to the Dover location and asked for an inch off the overall length with long, point-cut layers. The stylist cut my layers choppy with the shortest ones no longer than my ear. I went to get that fixed the same day at another location and the stylist said the layers weren’t blended at all. Overall, I’ve had too many times where I’ve left frustrated and then spent more money fixing the look after. I’m really upset with how it went yesterday.
