I'd totally recommend this place. Melvis went above and beyond, doing a great job not only at cutting my hair, but also explaining his work. It's hard to find barber's in DC with this quality at this price point (I paid $33 + tip).
Cool new cut makes me so happy. Style expert Mila makes magic with her scissors. Universal Hair Salon is the best. So clean, caring and careful. And fun!
Haydee did my hair and it looks absolutely fantastic! She balanced my prior hair dye jobs and brought me back to a beautiful natural color. She worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and made sure it flowed really well no matter what direction I lay my new curtain bangs. I'll 100% go back.
