P Nails Salon washington

Wanted to like this place but the experience was horrible. I came in for SNS nails manicure and gel pedicure. They have a dishonest system of managing customers and I watched as person after person came in and were assured that they could be seen shortly. In reality there was a 1-2 hour wait. They got my pedicure done relatively quickly and then I proceeded to wait almost 2 HOURS for my nails to get started. I walked in at 5:30 and did not leave this nail spot until after 9. When my manicure was done, the place was already technically closed and packed up, so the nail tech did not properly set my top coat with UV light. My gel pedicure was smudged the next day (I didn’t even know this was possible with a gel pedicure) and two weeks later 5 of my SNS nails have cracked horizontally in the middle causing substantial damage to my real nail underneath. Will never be back here.

This is my first time to this nail salon, people here are very friendly and kind. They make really good drinks, great service with the best nails I've ever received. Can't wait to get back to them.

Love the people who work here, they are friendly and very polite. The technician did my pedicures very gently and made sure to do them the way I wanted, the results I got I was very satisfied. Love my nails.
