Cathy always does an exceptional job cutting my hair. I have never been disappointed in the more than 5 years I have been going to her for my hair care. The added benefit is she is very respectful of her client's time. She is a true professional. Service: Haircut

I came to this salon asking for the most minimal trim. I just wanted to clean up my ends. That’s it. I walked out with an entirely different look with aggressive layers in the front - a style that isn’t even seen among professionals because it’s so universally unflattering. I had about 4-5 inches chopped from front to the mid section. I now look like I have a bob haircut from the front and a “Women’s style mullet” over all. I told the hairdresser how I did not want more than a trim. I told him I did not want any change to my look. I told him that I need to maintain a certain look for work. He kept pushing back and ultimately ignored my instructions and did what he wanted. His response? He doesn’t understand why I want long hair. Totally unacceptable. It’s not for you to decide what I want. It is my hair. I don’t have to explain myself. You don’t get to decide for me and ignore my wishes. He also cut my hair while it was dry, curly/wavy. Who does that? At least straighten it to make sur
