Good Salon, Make Sure To Check Your Account I was passing through Washington and was in dire need of a haircut so I called in and got Eva as my stylist. I have thick, straight(-ish) Asian hair. After consulting the style I wanted, she took her time making sure that everything was perfect. I got a shoulder-length bob and I was very pleased with my cut. Prolonged conversations with strangers takes a lot of energy out of me so I tend to be a quiet customer— so I really appreciated Eva’s vibe. She was calm, kind, and very pleasant. ***** I am updating my review after a month because INARI salon took a deposit of $50 USD and they haven’t reimbursed me yet. I paid for the deposit upon making an appointment on the phone, paid the full price for the services, and tipped the stylist in cash. They never explained to me that simply booking an appointment would cost me $50…. Am I missing something? I emailed them twice about it to the management and they haven’t gotten back to me or reimbursed me.
