Hair Lounge Salon - Washington DC

Daniel Levy is rude and insulting. When I asked for him to only cut a few inches off of my hair, he ended up cutting off a substantially larger portion than I had asked for. When I explained my worries, he patronizingly told me "do not go home and cry about it." His remarks were not only inappropriate but incorrect. I have the right to cry after putting up with his poor character, over priced salon, and disparaging remarks. If I am paying $100 for to a simple hair cut, it should at the very least be to the customer's satisfaction. To Hair Salon Customers: This is the most overrated hair salon in Washington, DC and I should know. I have been living in this town for over four decades. Only go here if you want to add more stress to your life and wish to flush money down the toilet. To Daniel: With the prices you charge you should really learn more about the service industry....shame on you.

Amazingly clean and safe place to have your hair done - post- COVID modifications are very considerate. As a healthcare worker I felt very comfortable being there. Since coming here I get frequent compliments on my hair color. Well worth the trip from Alexandria. Very professional and kind staff. Mystik is amazingly talented.

This is the most amazing salon ever. I have been with Daniel for over 25 years. He is the most superb at color and cut. I have had my hair done all over the globe while traveling and NO ONE else can hold a candle to his expertise and talent. You are missing out if you don’t go to him. The best in DC by far.
