Speaking of price, I'm a big fan of Bravo's annual membership pricing model, which is very innovative for the industry. Pay a set amount up front (highly discounted for new customers) and get unlimited haircuts for a year. Since their hours are so good and they're so rarely jammed with customers, I took advantage of this deal by dropping in all the time, sometimes just for a touch-up. Arman also is famous for giving a crisp $50 bill to any member who refers a new member. I have been on both sides of this referral discount (a person referred and a referrer) so can attest to its validity. Arman also happens to be a very nice man, offering customers free bottles of water, a very comfortable waiting area, and free use of the bathroom in the back.

Arman is a wonderful human and cuts hair really well. Ask about the skeleton on the bike for a fun story. Lil chocolates and water available on the house is a lovely touch
