Bang Salon

I went to the U St. location. This was back in 2020 right after they re-opened after covid. My stylist was a level one but I found out very quickly that she had over 15 years experience and who is a certified master colorist. The levels don’t mean anything. I got the best haircut and color. She recommended the right products for me and she truly cared if I was happy with my service. I never felt rushed, and I really wish that she I was still there though I understand why she’s not. It’s very uncomfortable with the political talk from the staff…. (Not my stylist.) It seems like the salon goes out of their way to let clients know what their political beliefs are…. Which is fine however they don’t even care if they offend their clients at all. My stylist was great, I didn’t feel rushed and she went out of her way to make sure that I had an amazing appointment. She’s no longer there, she moved to another state. That being said I will not be back. I’ve never seen a salon so vocal about the

Meghan M is my go-to for color, cuts and styling. It took me a long time to find someone that gets my color just right and I go to her for touchups religiously every month. Bonus she's such a lovely person inside and out that I look forward to it. She's also super accomodating when I have to work on my laptop/phone while getting my hair done (ack). The front desk is super professional and booking appts is very easy to do in person/via phone or online.

Bang Salon is great - I always go to Paige at U Street. She is very talented at cuts and highlights and is kind and fun to talk to! Services: Blowouts, Haircut, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring, Balayage
