Very pleasurable experience. Hair stylist lease their own Studios. The Stylist are working for themselves. Not a corporation or an owner of the salon. So my personal experience was they went out of their way to make sure I was very happy with my haircut.
Rachel Finaldi is excellent! Best waxing experience I have had. She is consistently friendly, efficient, and creates lovely shape in my unwieldy eyebrows! Love her and love Sola!
