1 star is giving too much. I wish there was a no star option. I never had an experience as unprofessional as this place. I called at 10 am before coming to get my hair braided. The lady I spoke with ensured me that they had time to braid my hair, so I drove 45 minutes to west haven to get it done. Once I got there they had me sitting and waiting for 20 minutes before finally having me sit in a chair. The braider then told me she couldn’t do my hair because of her wrist which is fine. There were 3 other braiders sitting there that all refused to braid my hair. Then all of the braiders started arguing, some stoped braiding the ppl who were in their chair just to engage in the argument with each other. The other costumers and myself looked at each other very confused. At one point the braiders were about to fight and they were yelling at each other. About 10 minutes after it all settled down, they THEN tell me they can’t do my hair today because the braiders have things to do. Mind you, I

wow! the women here are so kind and nice. i arrived at 845 and i finished my hair by 1115 just amazing. the they only take cash so know before you go! it was a great experience and i’ll be going there for all my braiding in the future(:

I’m giving it 2 stars beacsue sally herself does a good job, she makes sure everyone does a good job. When she goes back to her home, Her braiders do just about anything they want. I’ve had my hair fall out from traction alopecia from here before and tried to make it clear they needed to be easy on my scalp. Sally told me they do small knotless, I called a week ahead of time and when I got there they said they don’t do small knotless. I had to settle for small box braids and then I didn’t get a clear middle parts and ALL of my parts are in even and no one of them are the same size. I gave her exactly was owed and left. Then I left my hair moisturizer being so eager to just pay and go and they def weren’t going to call me about it. I won’t be returning unless sally is present. Services: Braids, Hair extensions
