Fatty Professional African Hair Braiding and Weaving

I drove by at 5:30. The door was locked and all lights were off. Online it says they close at 8. So I decided to call at 7:15 anyways. Someone answered and I told them I just drove by and it was closed. She said they close at 7. Like I said I got there at 5:30. So their business phone is their cellphone and they just close whenever they feel like it. Also when I called last week I asked if they do instant dreads and they said yes. When I called tonight she said no. So they are all over the place and have no people skills. What business answers the phone saying “hello”. Like I’m your friend. Thought I called the wrong number at first. I’m a customer. Try “hi this is Fatty Professional Hair Braiding how can I help you?” That’s why you shouldn’t have your cellphone as a business phone. You’d probably get more business if you didn’t close whenever you felt like it. Imagine how many customers you lost. Learn better people skills and business skills

I only have been here twice the first time was ok. The second time was awful. First thing is my appointment was at the 10am she didn’t start until 11. I was getting a full sew in. After starting the braids for underneath she then tells me she has an appointment to go too for 2-3 hours and her friend is going To do my hair. I get if you have things to do but don’t book appointments if you can’t complete the job like you say. She knew she had this appointment because when I came in she told me the change of plans. Her friend did an awful job and rushed me. Instead of explaining she couldn’t do my hair job I asked for she just did it and made me waste $$. You could see all the tracks. There was thread coming out from all over the place and she did it so tight I had huge scabs on my head. Never again !
