I wanted to wait to leave a review simply because I don’t play about my hair. Quick back story in 2020 I bleached my hair for the first time ever in New Britain and they ruined my hair. It fell out and I had stringy hair fast forward to a week ago I explain to Val that I wanted to try again but I was scared since my hair was now fully healthy and grown out. She said “Trust me” and babyyyyy SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. First of all she opened late at night because I work all day so that alone was a huge plus. she respected my hair type and didn’t use products or combs used for Fine hair. Once the bleach was off she reassured me the curls were there. I am not one to put heat to my hair on a regular so my curl pattern was important. I request for her to cut my hair while in it’s natural state and she did. I left feeling heard and Happy. I am so grateful and appreciative I will be coming back.
