Poorly managed. I get a gel fill every 2 weeks and a pedicure about once a month. I accidentally scheduled my last gel fill a week early (because I was going on vacation and went in for a pedicure). After my pedicure, I was talking to my nail tech and realized that my nails still looked great (as I was there just a week prior and had only one week of regrowth). I asked if they could just change my gel polish color instead of doing a full fill and the manager on duty, named Abby told me no. She made a scene about it too. I was trying to explain that I booked my last appointment (a little over a week prior) and that I didnt need the full fill that day and she would not listen. She wouldn't even pretend to listen. She was just talking over me and repeating herself over and over again that I "needed a fill today", getting progressively louder. Almost to the point of shouting. It was so embarrassing. You could tell that she made her staff uncomfortable too. I'm not sure if they needed the m

I have taken the time to write a review probably three times in my life— once for a horrible restaurant experience with the rudest staff, once for a product that was terribly misrepresented online and now. Up until Now I have been a frequent and loyal patron of the nail Bar. I go frequently as does my daughter. We often get very good manicures, and occasionally get mediocre manicures. Sometimes we get very poor manicures. But we have never complained. We have always tipped generously for all services despite not being thrilled with the results. We have never gone back to “fix” anything. Today, my daughter went for a manicure for her prom, she showed the technician a photo, paid a Sizeable fee for her nails, and when she arrived home, she was very upset. The manicure was very expensive given that she wanted a certain shape nail with a certain design and as soon as she showed me the photo that she showed the technician and her actual nails, i could see why she was upset.
