I went in there for a trimming a the owner just cut my last layer didn’t blend it. She did a horrible job. I have big old gaps in my hair and it doesn’t even look like it’s fresh.
Absolutely love this salon! They are so sweet and accommodating. My hair always looks amazing after leaving there. I’ve referred quite a few people and they have loved their experience there as well! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair extensions
Made an appointment, I get there and she tells me they don’t do walk ins. I tell her I’m not a walk in and give her my name. Proceed to inform her that I have a 1pm appointment scheduled. Very rudely she goes “I get that but we don’t do in and outs so even with an appointment I won’t be able to take you on your scheduled time because I have all these girls in front of you” WHATS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT???? I wish she would’ve told me that over the phone before I drove an hour to see her. HORRIBLE customer service Service: Hairstyling
