I have been a client of Salon Allure for 15 years or more, and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, and have become like family. Denise is amazing!! She listens to exactly what I want, teaches me tips and tricks to style my hair at home. And if I want a change, but am unsure of what I want, Denise knows me so well, that she will guide me. Kelly Donley did my hair twice and the second time she tried to ruin it. I don't know her and the first time she did my hair she acted angry, but did it correctly so I thought she just had a bad day. The moment I walked in the second time she was angry and disrespectfully said "sit over there and wait" and made me wait. Then when she was doing my hair she kept asking me a lot of personal questions one after the other to distract me as she was ruining the back of my hair. After she washed my hair she squeezed the towel very hard and pulled the back of my hair and wanted to hold my hair but I walked back to the chair. I told her several times to cut my hair two inches blunt. She acted like she was combing my hair really hard and I asked her is my hair knotty because it never is and she said in an angry tone of voice that "it's easier this way", and she was hiding the hair thinning out shears that she pretended was a comb behind a brown towel when she was pretending to comb my hair.
