First, the good... the end result was a very pretty color, with minimal bleeding spots, a great blow/out style, and a nice atmosphere. The not so good... to not include a blow out when color is done is nonsensical. One, in my opinion, to pay $250 for balayage/glaze and to not include drying my hair after you wash it feels greedy. Two, how can you be sure the color is correct and to your standards if you don't dry it? I would think you would want to include a dry, to confirm the work is at set standards, and to have your client leaving feeling as good as possible. You can't say the margins aren't there to provide drying hair when a client buys an expensive service, that wets their hair. It's like going for a carwash that charges extra to rinse the soap off your car. You kind of put the soap there.... you know? I’ve gone to way too many places for my hair, I don’t consider myself a very picky person but no one I tried seemed to do what I asked. Gavali salon is the only one that had me walking out genuinely blown away. They are fast, they are affordable and most of all incredibly talented. Helena did my hair and can’t say enough good things about her and my results. I know other people that go there and see other girls and they’re all amazing. I’m done looking. I've been seeing Bella for a while now. She transformed my hair. When we first met at consultation, she was excited to start my journey into blonde the healthiest way possible. She has not only succeeded. But she will always offer her advice on what she thinks might work better. Had I of not listened to her, my color wouldn't of been a good match. She treats your hair like her own. Overall beautiful aesthetic and reasonable prices.
