So I had come in to David Mac a few days prior and had left feeling really dissatisfied and unheard. I rescheduled an appointment to fix and had Jess Steele as my stylist. She is amazing and even pulled me aside to ask what had happened during my original appointment, and then she proceeded she fixed everything exactly the way I wanted. She’s super polite and professional and went out of her way to make my experience extremely positive after my original appointment that didn’t go well. Definitely will be coming back to her !! Services: Haircut, Blowdry, Gloss or Glaze
