Amazing!!! Sashe got my poor hair all the way right (silk press). Not only that, she took time to fit me in last minute and then was extremely considerate and kind throughout the entire process. Every technician there had really good energy, which is a big deal for me since I've rarely encountered that in all my years of going to salons. Entire staff was efficient, thorough and HONEST! Didn't try to sell me mess I did not need and guided me with making proper decisions based on the current state of my hair. Only thing that was/is disappointing is they are 5 hours from where I live ????. Thank you, Lotus! Y'all really made my day.

God bless ShellyAnn hands. she did my first silk press ever, LOVED IT and now she did my first color service which I absolutely love(the picture does not do it justice) I took the twist out myself about a week or so after the color service but babyyy, get it to the colors lol I didn't even know what I wanted and she said I got you. Can't wait to see what my hair looks like silk pressed with the color. All the ladies in the shop are so talented. Whatever you need done I promise they got you.
