Update#2- In response: This review is from a year ago. My first update was to correct typos. Take accountability. The work was poor. The lady was rude. There is room for improvement. Show people that you're professionals who learn and grow from constructive criticism. ‐---------Original 1 year old review below-‐---- This was my second time here. The first time it was fine. This time I only got a full set of short clear pink (no gel) nails. Also got my brows done. The lady doesn't smile, greet you or talk to you.. that was fine because I didn't want to talk either.. She was super fast. Maybe too fast. She cut off my natural nails without asking. Just cut them all the way to the nub. I thought it was weird that she did my nails first and then cut my cuticles. It was a little painful. It felt like she was rushing. She didn't ask me to wash my hands before painting them and now I can see hair and debris stuck inside. Emily is no longer the owner and they have all new staff. I came in Aug 28th for a full set for my birthday. I paid $160 because I got chrome. No problem. The new owner Abby put the pinky tip on wrong which had my nail sticking out. I came back and they fixed it no problem. Then a week later my nail is lifting. I call and come in they fix it. It is only 2 weeks later and I two nails ready to pop off. I have paid less money and have had my nails last a month with no lifting. Service: Nail extensions

It was my first time going into this nail salon the nail tech that I usually go to moved so I had to find a new one and I did some research and it said that this nail salon was really good. so me being extremely picky with my nails, I decided to give it a try And I was not disappointed. The owner Abby did my nails and my pedicure and I will give it a 10 out of 10 because I did not have to tell her not one time to fix some thing on my nails. I was surprisingly pleased I will be going back. This is my new favorite nail spot, I’m going to be a forever customer.
