It's great! Wish I would've gotten my dressers name cause she was amazing! Gave me exactly what I asked for and was completely personable. I will be coming back.

i had an appointment for 1pm that i had set a week before. i arrived early at 12:45 and when i got there they were closed. i called the number and the lady said that they were running a little late… they were supposed to open at 9am. when they got there at around 1:15, they got there with bags and it had seemed that they had gone shopping. already giving me a bad feeling. i wanted a balayage and i showed the lady doing my hair multiple pictures of what i wanted. she explained it wasn’t going to be exactly the same which was fine with me. i was there until almost 6pm so it took around 5 hours. when it was done my hair was literally yellow and it looked terrible. it looked nothing like what i asked for like not even close. i didnt say anything when i left because i was in a rush to leave but after really looking at my hair i hated it. it was also cut unevenly. i went back to the salon not much after and they had closed. it was around 6:20 so they had closed early too. they said i could r

One star is really too much for this place! Especially for the customer service the OWNER has! (the Mexican lady, I don’t know her name) I went to do my eyebrows and I didn’t understand why she was acting rude towards me. I let it pass and I started explaining to her how I would like my eyebrows to be done, to what she responded.... look I don’t do miracles Sit down!! She burned me with the wax!!! And my eyebrows looked completely the opposite to what I asked... she even dare to asked for a tip after. I was there with a friend who also felt offended by this lady’s attitude. Due to this experience she decided to no get anything done. We left very disappointed!!! I hope nobody else has to go through this!!! Do no exposed yourself to this nasty treatment !!!
