I have been going to Tracy for years. I recently moved to Illinois and it will be impossible to replace her. Before I moved she fitted me with my first wig and I will be traveling back and forth to see Tracy whenever I can. She is excellent and Parker is lucky to have someone who is so talented to help them find and care for their wigs. She can do it all!!!!!! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

Im thankful I found Tracy @The Loft. She helped me with choices and various natural looking products for updating my look and provided help with styling tips/maintenance.She had just the quality products I needed, the expertise and especially the kindness to help me feel less vulnerable with my thinning hair issues. I never felt Tracy wanted to upsell products; she was sensitive to my budget, she just wanted me to be happy with the end result. I am still happy weeks later and still receiving compliments ! My friend needed help due to hair loss from chemotherapy. We found Tracy and are so glad. She cut and styled my friend’s hair so it looked very natural and educated us on wigs if that becomes necessary. We walked in fearing she would have to shave her head and walked out with a super cute style. And now we know where to go as things progress on this journey.
