Lauren is absolutely amazing! I am always nervous to try a new waxing professional but after reading several positive reviews, I decided to give her a try. I am SO glad I did! She is just the sweetest person you will meet and is a true master of her craft. Somehow she made waxing less painful than it usually is and I love how she uses high quality natural products. I highly recommend her for all your waxing needs! I even trusted her with my 11 year old daughter who really wanted to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time. Lauren was so caring and understanding with how nervous my daughter was. She walked her through the process and my daughter couldn't be happier with the results and she loves Lauren! Started going to Lauren a few months ago and I don't see myself going anywhere else. The quality of wax is incredible! I've been to multiple salons in the past and haven't found anything similar to it. I also greatly appreciate Lauren's attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism. She's truly amazing! I would also highly recommend trying the skin care line she carries. My skin has never been better. I'm no longer shiny in pictures and my skin is clear and so soft! I'm hooked!

I didn’t even go in for an appointment, just the phone call alone was excruciating. Very rude and unprofessional and honestly Lauren made me feel dumb for having questions. I gave her the information of when my last wax was and I never debated her answers I just wasn’t confident I would be taken care of. I definitely had the intention of scheduling an appointment and was knowledgeable enough to know exactly what I was looking for and have had it done before. But the way it was handled by the owner of the business gave me all I needed to know, wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t call back, definitely wouldn’t feel at ease and relaxed like you want to for a service like waxing, and because this is an important event and a busy week, I should feel comforted and confident and relieved to have an appointment. But you missed that by a long shot. I even discussed it with an esthetician who had been waxing over 15 years and they said if that’s how they make you feel you don’t want to do business with
