Drybar - Park Meadows

I’ve been a loyal customer to this drybar in park meadows for at least 3 years. I was going there before COVID hit and then came back after everything opened back up. Unfortunately 2 days ago I went there and was treated very terrible. The girl at the front desk Darleen told me that “IM THE PROBLEM” after asking her hey is everything ok is there a problem..she was extremely disrespectful and raised her voice at me. I am a single mom and when I go get my hair done it’s to pamper myself and come home looking and feeling good. The worst part about it the so called “manager” Ashley was standing there the whole time and never said anything. I wasn’t sure if I was going to say anything because I absolutely love Vanessa she works there and I went with her whenever she had availability. She is hands down the best. I’ve recommend this place to so many people and what happened that day was unacceptable…I will not recommend this drybar again due to this horrible incident. I am extremely disappoi

How are you supposed to get business if you don’t ever answer the phone? I called several times before my appointment to find out what services they can provide because I had to go to my graduation right after my appointment and wouldn’t have time to style my hair, but unfortunately I couldn’t get through and just had to take the risk. The shampoo was nice and my stylist was nice, but for choosing a pretty basic hairstyle I was not impressed with out cheap it looked and how messily it was done. Here I am again trying to call them because I bought the mini brush crush from them. Unfortunately with only one heat setting it does not heat up hot enough to actually straighten my hair. So I tried to call once again to see if I could exchange it for something else or get a refund and no one answers the phone or returns calls when a voicemail is left.
