Wonderful experience all around, from the cleanliness of facilities to the quality of products used and most especially the professionalism, expertise, and talent exhibited by my hair designer, MacKenzie. She has wonderful, sound advice, is compassionate and fun to talk to, and always delivers an amazing cut and color. Possibly even more important, on the one occasion where things didn't go quite right, she immediately made time to correct the issue effectively and efficiently, with great success. By far some of the best customer service I've experienced most anywhere. The front desk staff is always so helpful and polite. The stylists are all very kind and focus on what you want, but Shaleena is the best in my opinion. :) Several times, the staff have gone out of their way to help me with bookings and finding products that I need.
