I got dip and within a day it chipped on both thumbs. I called to make a appt to fix two nails, show up for the appt, and it was never booked. Because they are soooo busy they couldn’t fit me in for 2 weeks to fix two nails. Within a week all the top coat of the polish chipped on all my fingers. Hair gets stuck in between my nails and the dip. I will not be going back ever between the price and quality and time it was all a waste. Service: Dip powder

My girlfriends and I booked services here for our girls weekend. When I called to book 3 weeks before we would be in Denver we scheduled a mani/pedi, massage, and facial. I received a phone call the week before our arrival and they cancelled our massages because they didn’t have someone there that could do it. Slightly disappointing but we let it go. When we arrived the receptionist was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. The girls that did our mani/pedis were also amazing! They chatted with us and made it a very comfortable experience. The blowout however, was the worst blowout I have ever had. The girl was nice enough but she seemed to be in a rush or slightly inconvenienced to be there. She was extremely aggressive with my hair and burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. When we left I had to go and brush the rats out of my hair for the next two days. Definitely not worth what we paid. Will never go back for this service again. Services: Blowouts, Facial treatments, Pedicure, Manicure
