Was treated horribly and turned away from the Grand Junction, CO location at 5 mins til close despite having a specific item in mind and every intention to be quick. I've always loved this location but have never been treated so poorly in a store as I was tonight. I will not be returning.

Stepped out of my comfort zone for a new hairstyle. Bray not only took care of me but knew what I wanted when I was way to shy and timid. We had the best conversation and put me as ease. I can not recommend Bray for your next hairstyle. He works msgic!

Normally my child is absolutely wild and it's very difficult to keep her tame in this store specially. You helped me out tremendously with my daughter, she has never behaved so well in ulta. And normally people look down on her behavior when we are there so i try to find something and gtfo quickly! I cannot thank you enough! You made my shopping experience so pleasant and simple. My daughter has never connected with someone like that before so thank you again for being her new friend.
