Always wonderful and great employees. I always go see Kate. She is amazing.
Was turned away as fully booked. The website says there's an available appointment today. I was willing to wait but guess they don't want my business anymore. ETA the reason I say this is because the customer service is very bad. If you do indeed want anyone's patronage you have to be open and available. You close early, one beautician or two, no receptionist or appts offered (website doesn't work). Was told across a room that no one could help me. That's not fair to me or the person in the chair. Are we just foregoing professional behavior now?
