Rachel is awesome. They got me in the same day I called. She was super friendly and nice. I did get charged an extra $15 when styling my hair because I have long hair. Not crazy long but a little bit less than middle of my back. Prices aren't bad. Products they use is pretty good. Nice scalp massage. Could be cleaner hair wise I know the gray hair on the floor wasn't mine lol. Cut and style is $26 and long hair add $15. I'd probably return if I couldn't get In with my stylist again. Very friendly environment. I had the same lady do my hair for my wedding along with my mom and maid of honor. She did an amazing job and then had her again when I took my son I'm for a cut and she did great work thst my teen approved of.

My stylist was super friendly and did a great job on my hair. Unfortunately, I don't know her name as she never told me it, she didn't wear a name tag and her station didn't have it anywhere either. Wish I knew it she was awesome and I hope to have her again.
