Signature Nails

I would certainly give some nails techs 5 stars. I saw a lady yesterday and she was AMAZING. So attentive and lovely and gave me the best experience with nails ever. I was getting them done for my wedding and she was super detailed and amazing. However, hector is very unprofessional. He started taking over my nails and it was quickly turning very different. He is extremely rude, when you try and correct him or explain something you don’t like or want changed, he cuts you off and acts like it’s not important to him at all. I had a picture and the lady before, again, was amazing and being very detail oriented. She told him I had a picture and then he said “I don’t need it thanks.” Then slapped on the gel to put the little pearls on my nails. Again, this is for my wedding so I obviously cared about what they looked like. Long story short, my right hand that she did is perfect, and my left hand looks out of place compared to the other side. I have seen him before to which he flat out told

Called to schedule an appt and specifically asked if they had an opening because I don't want to wait. They put me in to soak my feet after a 10 minute wait then nobody started my pedicure for over 30 more minutes. A person who walked in after me got helped first. Apparently my standards are too high for this nonsense but I am am expected to just put up with it anyway. Take my low rating and promise to not return as my gift to your low standards. Oh my goodness!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lisa at Signature Nails!! She is AMAZING!! And her bold suggestions for change have always been spot on—I’ve never been disappointed, even though I’m old (73) and usually stubborn! And I adore having Henry do my pedicure! (He’s so darn cute and easy to tease)
