At first I thought it was a honest mistake on the fact that I was charged 100 for them not even cutting an inch of my hair. She just had to shape it. Then not to mention I paid for full on color and when she finished it people didn't even think it was colored. I wanted to go from black to Carmel brown. She said she would fix when I called her about it and never got back to me. Didn't lift my hair or anything (shouldn't a professional know that)? Waste of money and I would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money there. Maybe others will have a better experience but mine was terrible.

New spot is very well done. The ladies are very nice and extremely talented! Sonya is the nail queen and Amber is a master at ethnic hair!

I have gone in 3 times to change my hair from a brown to a gray blonde and understood it would be a prosses. I have been walking around for a month in a half with yellow/orange hair for this prosses. The second appointment the hairdresser was late and then charged more then we had discussed. The 3rd appointment she never showed so I called  and she said it was for an hour later and kept saying she was not wrong but I wrote it on the calender as I was on the phone so I know I had the right time but showed an hour later anyway. Then she said my hair looked good and we didn't need to bleach it or tone it anymore just maybe the ends by my face on a 4th appointment but my hair was still yellow except for the hairs on the nape of my neck. So I asked if she would fix it and no response back. If anything she could have toned it to a darker gray instead of a nasty orange. She also asked for an extra $25 so she could buy a silver shampoo for me and deliver it at 7 that night 8 came around with n
